Addition and Deletion

Hi Friends,

I have a list in Excel sheet now what I want, I want to Add a button so by clicking on that button user will be able to add or delete from or to the list.

Means when I say add, one more item will be added to that particular list or If I say delete one item will got deleted from that list.
(I have maintained a list through "Validation" in Data menu)
