Is the date within a specfic time window?

    Hi Everyone
I have a file which contains data for customers and when they have been seen by a worker to have a form filled out (called a TOPS form). There are set regulations on how often these forms are supposed to be filled out, so I need to figure out for each date that they have been seen, whether it is in a specified time window or not. Also, sometimes they may completely miss a time window so would need moving to the next window. I've done a load of formulas but am really struggling with the scenario of if a review window is completly missed. I've attached a sample file with a few rows of data (I normally have about 8000), anyone got any code suggestions rather than using loads of formulas??
    Thanks!
