To move the values from excel userform to Access table using vba

Hi

I am developing a software in Excel as a frontend and Access as a backend.
As I am new into this so don't know how can I connect my excel userforms with access database. I have desinged form in excel but don't know how the values from these textboxex or comboboxes can be transferred to access table.

Can anyone please help me in this.
