Multi Row Sorting & Create Header Row from Dynamic List

I'm getting better at stringing macros together, but I can't figure out two issues. Any help appreciated.

I need to sort the attached example file by Company, Region and then Name. For the Company and Region I would like to create a header row so I don't have to repeat each value on each row. I can do this on a simple list, but this list is dynamic. That is, the number of people in each Company and Region changes -- so each time the macro runs it would have to determine where to insert the rows?

The second issue is that I'd like to list out the sorted Region by "North, South, East, West" -- in that order -- and I'm having issues figuring out how to sort something that is not Numeric, or Alphabetical in nature.

Feel free to look at the attached book if anyone wants to take a crack at this one.

    Thanks.
