is it possible to get the data from one cell and load it as a part of a variable?
i.e. i want to have seperate sheets named panel 1, panel 2,... , panel n. On a summary sheet i would like for the sheet to automatically be able tp get the cost of that panel (data that is contained within that sheet)

if i have a table:
it doesn't work... how can i pull the info contained withing a cell and add that data to an exsisting string being used as a variable name?
Also,
i would like the sheet to automatically add only as many lines as is needed, is it possible for excel to count the number of sheets called "panel x" and only create that number of line on the summary page?
One more question is that i would like the actual detailed panel sheet "panel x" sheet to only contain enough line automatically. at the moment i have it seperated into two sections, each segregated using a merge and centre in one column. can i just have one line in each section, until something is entered in that line, when a new line will appear in the correct section, including the merge and centre column and the colour format? with the two sections being above one another, i also only want that line to appear from the correct section.
Any clues would be fantastic!
