compare columns in sheets

Hi Experts,

I have an workbook with 3 sheets.

1)My data in My data what i need is on basis of security code i need an total of Amount for particular secuirty in coloumn P.

2)Client data sheet i have to compare the Red Coloured Fileds with My data and put it in Finding Break.

3)Finding Break sheet i need is all the unmatched figures of Client data should be copied and if My data is wrong it should colured in red if Client data is worng then it should coloured red.

Is it possible.

Please help me.
