    how to enable user functions?

    How can you enable the functions for the unlocked cells such as font, size, insert comments etc.? Is there a code that can enable them? Thank you.
    I've attached a spreadsheet to illustrate what I'm doing.

    The added changes are in blue. Thiese will allow the user to select, change and format only the unlocked cells.

    Hello rt1306,

    It took me awhile to figure out how to set the "Edit Objects" option. This controls whether the user can insert Comments on the worksheet.
