Extracting Last Names and ignoring suffixes

I have a lot of names in a single column. Some have first and middl initials, a lot do not. Some have Jr. or Sr. and some are like Mrs. Jones. I am stuck on how to extract the last name and put it in another column in VBA. I can find the last row, but that's all I have at the moment.
