Copy and paste on click of a button

    Hi All,

I have a sheet which I update regularly. To print I copy row/rows and paste it in another sheet and print it. What I want is to put a button on first sheet and select the row/rows and click on button that will do the rest of the task.

How to obtain which row/rows user has selected or some cells of a row?

    Advice!!

    Thanks in advance.

    Just print the selection.

That's a very quick and easy reply. But that's not I want. Sheet2 to has some formatting. To avoid formatting everytime I print, I just need to select the row/rows from sheet1 press the button that will be copied to A5 and will print it.

Re: Copy and paste on click of a button

    Need more details

Does sheet 1 have other data from previous posts or updating?

Are you copying the entire row/rows or a definete range?

When you have copied your row/rows or range from sheet one, I assume that you then activate sheet 2. Yes/No.

On Sheet 2, where do you paste this updated data?

Do you always paste after the previously last pasted updates?

Are you always pasting into column a ?

After pasting into sheet 2, what data do you want printed.

After printing, do you want the file saved?

What sheet do you want displayed when you save?

I think that this is all the info that is needed.
    Thanks for helping . . .
