Question Delete Entire Row When Cell Not Equal

I have Excel 2007 and I'm using VBA to parse through a spreadsheet. In column C, we have a word in each cell. If the word is GOOD in a cell in column C, then do nothing. If a word is something other than GOOD, delete the entire row. Your help much appreciated.
