zoom userform

In Excel 2000 there's a control on the userforms toolbar which zooms the form while in design mode. I've got two questions about this:

1. The zoom control resizes all the fields buttons etc. on the form, but doesn't resize the form itself. So items can fall off the edge when enlarged. Not very clever! Is there a way round it, other than resizing the form manually?

2. Is there a way of letting the user resize the form, including the controls on the form? Would be very helpful because the form can appear very different sizes on different PCs.
