Transfer Market Creation. Trouble with Excel 2003 programming. Help??

Ok not best at Maths (under-statement). But I think I have formulas above ok mostly. Above is a picture of what I have currently as regard structure of the transfer market in working on using Excel 2003.

Theres a problem tho, I am wondering if there is a better way to do this. Basically I want the salaries taken off after each year not just a one off? Is there any way to do this?

I also wanna be able to know how to convert the points field to like pounds. If thats possible.

Any help would be great
