Spin Button

I am having difficulty finding information on coding my spin button on a user form. I searched and haven't found any information.

All I need to do is code a spin button to increase or decrease by 1 each time it is clicked up or down. I would like it to populate to a text box on my form if that is possible. Please help!

Just set the Max & Min values of the SpinButton - default is zero to 100. Then
