Count number for rows, based on status

I have a status column in the attached sheet

can i have a formula so that i can have the individual count of projects that are "in progress", "Late", "On Hold","Completed" based on teh bullet provided

So that for ex:if this formula is place in j3,k3,l3,m3 so that i get count for status respectively
