Recall information from database onto userform for updating

Hi

I'm working on a spreadsheet to monitor costs for vehicles when they are repaired at a garage. My userform will allow me to input the base data onto the spreadseet however the actual cost for the work and a head office order number will not be available with the initial input.

I have set it up for the first combobox to show any service centre number still waiting on the actual cost and order number.

Is there a way when I select the service centre number and then input the 'actual cost' and 'head Office' order number then this information will go into the appropriate cells in the row for the service centre number
