Slow code msgbox yes no

This is the only way i could get the msg box to do what i need. It does what i need, though very slow.
Is there a diffrent way do going about it to speed it up.
I have included a few lines either side so you can see what im aming for.
The slow part i belive is where it looks for "step 1"
