Lock Size of WMP Object in Spreadsheet

Hi all I originally posted this question in the general section of the forum, however I think it may be more of a VBA task, as clarified by the person that replied to my thread. Hence the link to the original question:

Can there be a line of script in there to align the object to the corner points of the cells - For example Top Left Corner of A1 to Bottom Right Corner of T36??? Then can it be locked that size???
