Macro processing time is very slow

I created this macro (below) using the record function but when I kick it off it takes 40 seconds or more to run. Any ideas as to how to speed it up?

I have not even printed the document yet! Just trying to get the formatting set up so I can print.

When you do page setup, Excel chats with the printer.

Could you set up your sheet the way you want it and save it as a template?
You could then use the template which would be pre-formatted.
