Exclamation DDE Aspen Into Excel and Array Of Data

Hello all. Attached you will find part of a spread sheet, which I have a problem dealing with. This sheet has been handed down to me and the major problem with it is, as you can see

To your right there's dates and datas.

This datas are downloaded automatically from ASPEN by just changing the 'Start Time' and 'End Time' (highlighted in blue) and it will automatically calculate the 'Days In The Month'.

The person before me who programmed this sheet only allows the data to be available only and if only the 'Days In The Month' are exactly 31 days. He has a couple more spreadsheets for 28, 29 and 30 days to fill up those February and leap year dates.

Instead of having multiple spreadsheets, I would like to programme excel in such a way that even if the 'Days In The Month' is not 31, the data would still be available (instead of a N/A)

Really hope you guys could help me out on this. I cannot send the file out as it is confidential so if there is any other information or clarification, ill try to explain it out here.

Thank you so much in advance !!

Re: Urgent Help Needed on Array Of Data

    Hello simaaron,

Please do not use titles like "Need help", "Urgent", or "Confused". Make your title match your question. It is better to attach your workbook rather than picture of the problem.

    Noted

    My apologies

p/s: attachment of the workbook is not possible as the information contained in the workbook is confidential. I wish I could as it would help me as well. =(

Re: DDE Aspen Into Excel and Array Of Data

Apparently I found the solution after resorting out the spreadsheet. I now need a refresh button to refresh those data. I've search some of the threads on this forum but I still can't find what I'm looking for which is, a step by step guide on how to create a refresh button (macros) to refresh selected datas.
