Delete row with button from designated cell

I was trying to see if there is a macro where if you put a number of a row in a designated cell and click on a button (I know how to link a macro to a button), it will delete that row? This is for a protected worksheet.

For example, if someone wanted to delete row 7, they would type in 7 in the designated cell and click the button to run the macro and then row 7 would be deleted and everything would shift up??

Also if certain rows can be disabled, like for example if they could not be allowed to delete rows 1-5, that would be awesome too!

    Any ideas?? Thanks!!

If this is not possible is there a way for a user to input something and a row be deleted? I found a code that makes a row delete that is double clicked but I see disaster there....
