Conditional formatting based on multiple criteria

I have four columns for this purpose:

    ColB - PLastName
    ColC - PFirstName
    ColM - ULastName
    ColN - UFirstName

If ColB and ColC match ColM and ColN (Should match the values for MatchRow), I would like to use VBA to conditionally format the entire row with a yellow background.

Also, any cell in the selection with an error, I want to format the entire row with a red background.
