Moving data depending on input

Because everyone here is a volunteer, not all questions get an immediate answer. If it has been a good part of a day or two and nobody has responded, add another post to your thread - don't start a new one like this.

If nobody is responding to your thread, try to provide the information or ask the question in a different way. Any information you provide should be relevant to the solution you want. If you provide a spreadsheet, it should contain sample data, with both "Before" and "After" sections so that we volunteers can clearly see what you're trying to do with the data.
