Saving Sheets With Same Filename

Like many people on this forum I am a raw beginner and have a very limited knowledge of coding but I’m keen to learn. Apologies if the solution to my query is already out there but I have been unable to find anything that slips into my code easily. I’d be grateful for any advice.
I’ve been using the following macro to save an excel file in another drive. It works fine but what I really want to do is;
1. If the file already exists then name the next file “dd-mm-yy(1)” then “dd-mm-yy(2)” and so on.
2. Ideally I would like to save the new pdf as “Existing Name of excel sheet & dd-mm-yy”
