Using macro to create option button

Hi,

I am still really new to macro's and what I can actually do with them.

In the enclosed workbook I have a macro attached to the find CL's button.
The results retrieved are dependent on the options selected from the dropdown menu under CL Design & Modality.

Is it possible for the macro to create an option control for the number of options in the list? Bearing in mind the number of options is variable each time the button is clicked. I would also need option buttons for both left and right eyes.

I have changed all sensitive info in the worksheet but obviously there is a macro on the sheet.

Please let me know if there is any more info you need.
