Sorting problem

I have the following code:

I have a sheet that was already sorted by a different column then it was copied and paste into a new sheet but for this sheet I want it to sort by column A and then it will subtotal it by column A. But the sort is off and it only sorts column A and not the other columns for some reason. Please help.
