Macro with toggle switch for checklist

I am creating a checklist that when an item is checked it goes to another worksheet and highlights task items in yellow. It would be possible to accidentally check the wrong box on the checklist. Is there a good way to make my macro a toggle so that if I uncheck the box it unhighlights the task items? Here's the basic code. This code is attached to a form check box on the "checklist" worksheet.

I'm basically trying to create some kind of master check list so that when I receive items on the check list, it tells me what tasks I can then perform. I would prefer the task list to be empty and grow with tasks as items are checked on the checklist, but I couldn't conceptualize what that would need to look like in the macro. I'm attaching the file as well.

You need to link the box to a cell - D1 in this example - and then give this a try.

Ok, I made that change and it works like I want, but now behind the check box it either says "true" or "false". True being when it's checked and False when it's not. How do I get rid of those words so that I just see the box?
