Pivot Table Holding Old Data?

If I run the below code, it will show me a list of 95 customer numbers. The problem is that there's only 45 customer numbers in my data. All 45 that I expected are included, but I'm not sure where the other 50 are coming from.

I wrote a little longer piece of code that will allow me to press a button to filter to the next customer number. It works great normally, except with this table it will throw an error because the number doesn't exist in the filter.

Any ideas? This pivot worksheet was recently given to me with this request, so I'm guess that these numbers used to exist in the data and for some reason were never completed cleared. They don't show-up in the manual filter list.
