AutoFilter in Excel 2003 & 2007

This has worked in 2003, but not 2007, WHY???

rngThird is returning an Integer or Lng not a range. What are you trying to copy?

a smaller list that meets the Criteria1.
But this has worked for ages in Excel 2003(last 4years)

Up date, have just run the program om the old laptop (windows 2000) and it all works correctly.
It is Only when it is run in 2007 that I get this problem.
what has changed in this function.
