Modifiy copy code to change another sheet

Hi, the code below is activated on sheet 1(Log) via a macro button but i need it to copy the cells C & D on sheet 2 (data) is this possible.

When you say copy cells C and D is that all the cells in those columns?
Pehaps you are refering to the range objects rC and rD
