Move duplicate cells into adjacent columns

    Hi All,

I'm trying to come up with a macro that will:

look in col A. If cell A2=A3, move all data from Row 3 next to the data in A2, and repeat. I have attached an example that shows what I currently have (although the sheet is much bigger in reality!) and what I want to achieve.

I am sure this was working when I was using it a couple of years ago, but now it doesnt do anything! When I step through the code it jumps from the FOR statement to END WITH, but I can't figure out why. Any help would be really appreciated! Thanks.
