Creating Menu bar items that can not be selected

    Hello!

I want to create a menu bar that has some of the options to be "not clickable" or "grey" so that the user can see them but cannot click on them until another event has enabled it.

For example, when you first open a spreadsheet up, the option "Undo" is not accessible because there are no actions to undo...

I want my menu bar item ("Delete Spreadsheets") to be inaccessible until another macro has added more sheets to the workbook. (It is pointless to delete the data spreadsheets, only the new spreadsheets another macro has created)

Here is my code so far:

The module works fine, but as it stands now, the user can click on the "delete spreadsheets" sub menu, and could accidently delete one of the data spreadsheets.
