Conditional Formatting - based on value in brackets

Hi guys,

I am looking to conditionaly format a cell based on the value within the brackets in the cell.

i.e the cell value will look something like this 6(1)

i want the conditional formatting to work based on the value in the bracket (1), is there a way i can do this?? something similar to the * in access query maybe?

what if i want to set a rule which formats the cell based on if the value is for example 2 or more? not just 2?

Excel Version 2007
Possible

Excel Version less than 2007 eg 2000 /2003 etc
only 3 possible with built in feature..
You need to use macro to have more than 3
