I thought for sure I would be able to find the answer to this on some forum, bue I simply cannot. I need to delete all characters BUT numbers (including decimals) in my sheet. Does anyone know how I can do this? I can do it either by using the find/replace menu, or use vba. Please help!

This macro has been added to the attached workbook. It will leave only valid numbers on the worksheet. Any other cell is cleared.

To run the macro from Excel, open the workbook, and press ALT+F8 to display the Run Macro Dialog. Double Click the macro's name to Run it.

Go to the first post
Click edit
Click Go Advanced
Just below the word Title you will see a dropdown with the word No prefix.
Change to Solved
Click Save
