    Hello Ericb410,

    Welcome to the Forum!

The attached workbook is laid out like the jpg shot. It will copy what is typed on the left over to the right. The worksheet is protected (no password) to prevent the formulas from being overwritten and to guide you to the next cell when the tab key is pressed.

Your title still does not indicate the problem as required by rule 1. Currently it would indicate that you want to convert an image file to a spreadsheet. Chnage it again correctly
    Hope that helps.

    Hi Eric,

If it is to convert a picture into a word or excel file, save the file with 'tiff' or 'tif' extension (MS paint can be used for this) and use the OCR feature of microsoft office document imaging and convert. Or use any other OCR package

If it is to have a picture in an excel sheet that carry the contents of the cell, select the area, and copy it as a picture by pressing shift key and selecting copy picture from Edit menu (in 2003 excel, Home->Paste in 2007) and paste the picture as link. Any change you make in cells will reflect in the picture

See the attachement for the second section
