Using Excel as a Windows Explorer

I need to create a sort of index for a bunch of files... here is a picture of basically what I have...

Is there a way in Excel to make it similar to windows explorer so that users can easily navigate their way to a specific file by clicking + and - by the folders, or just by using ctrl + f?

I hope this all makes sense! Thanks for the help!
