looking for experienced programmer

I have programmed a variety of functions in VBA. I have then worked with an experienced programmer to put these into VB .Net. That seems fine. Now we are stuck with the difficulties of getting add-ins that install in Excel 2003 and 2007 on Win XP and Vista. I also want to extend to include an X-ribbon and integration with Excel help but neither of us know how to do this.
I am looking for someone who can take validated VB .Net code and wrap it for a good user experience as an Excel add-in.
Do you have any suggestions where to find such a person?
