Need Help | VBA (can't close before all mandatory cell are filled up)

Hi I need some help, I have a workbook which is contains mandatory field and free text. But some user still sending the form without completing the mandatory field, does anyone have idea to prevent user closing the workbook before complete. thanks in advance
