Generate a list of unique code

I would like to generate a list of unique codes, which is in a format of

AA####

A = consist of A-Z
# = consist of 0-9

and the list should consist 950,000 unique codes.

Is there any easier method to make the list?
I'm using mac with excel 2008

If A1 contains AA0000 then to get unique listing in A2 onwards

The above are Volatile (use of OFFSET, INDIRECT, CELL etc) so once calculated I would advise copying and pasting the results over the formulae themselves.
