In sheet „data“ i have table. I try to do:

    - to send mail to all sellers (col A) whos has „yes“ in col F (send?) and also has blank in col G (date of sending).
    - It will be only one mail for all sellers. All mail adress will be in TO and in body will not whole WB but only rows, which match criteria (yes, blank) – if it is possible – if not can be whole sheet.
    - content of mail will be – for all matched seller copy paste whole row
    - Mail adress of seller are in sheet „Mailadr“. Each seller has your own adress.
    - on the end it write date of sending to each seller whos match criteria (yes, blank) to col G

i had there a code, but it doesnt work as i wish (it is only codes from web about mail)

    thank you for your help

    Hello danusko,

I rewrote your email macro. A button on the "data" sheet can be clicked to send to the emails and update the status. The data from the worksheet is placed into an HTML table. See the attached picture for an example of the email format. You will need to change the subject line and message in the macro. The are marked by red font.
