    Auto Numbering Skipping Rows

    Hi-

I have attached a .xls that I got at a class and worked ok, but I noticed the date was not being copied to the next part in the correct format. I talked to the owner of the .xls and he couldn't figure it out so he sent me the unlocked version and told me I could just figure it out.

So in short, everything in the green cells is suppose to carry to the next page and the inventory # and box # are suppose to increase by one. Any help would be appreciated.

    PS - I have it in 2003 or 2007

    Thanks

Simple enough to make simple =AN8 or =AN9 + 1 type formulas.

Thank you, but does that mean I have to copy it to every cell going down?

Your sample implied the green sections should reflect the top green section, and those two specific numeric cells should increment. In the sample sheet I attached, all that was already done for you. Just fill out the top green section.
