Copy and store cell value changing every 5 seconds

Hi! I am looking for a help of a brillient brain to find a code for my requirement. I am trading in stock market and have a live data excel worksheet which is running on imported external data from a web page, which is in sheet1. In sheet2 I obtain required data of my need by using formulas with data of sheet1. My need is,
1. I want to update the vales every five second if possible because in the excel web querry the values are not updating before one minute.
2. I want to copy and store all the values with time stamps of 5 seconds intarval in different columns.
3. I want to maintain a live chart when the values are changing and copying for different stock scripts.
