Command Button Call-up

I have a list box that contains several values(Client,Vessel,Pipe,Structural,etc). I want a commandbutton
to pop up on the sreen at a specific cell location, say (K15),
when ever Client only is choosen from the list box. This is all
done on one worksheet. Once I accomplish this I will set a macro to the command button.
