Split a column in half?

It's madening, I finally completed my sheet but I forgot something

On the second sheet, there should be a line between the + and the - in that column. Is that even possible without breaking my code? The problem is everything above the + and - has to remain intact.

I'll upload the code ASAP (I'll be able to do that tomorrow). But the problem basically is I need to split that column without touching the code. But perhaps having the code might help.

The code is in the personal.xls file (module 2)
I've reposted a sheet also.

I've tried to add a line but that will not record as a macro for some reason (the recording is empty).
