Multi-line text box to cell in Excel

    Morning guys,

I've created a workbook which will allow everyone from my workplace to create letters that are in the same format i.e. logo in the correct place, customer's address etc. as at the moment everyone has a different template and it's not very consistant.

So the userform, you have to input all the customer details and then click whether it's a care of address. Then you select the office and it automatically fills in the address etc and then you enter your name. Then you complete the letter in the multi-line text box. Multiline is enabled etc.

The letter multi-line box is called "LetterText" and the cell that LetterText is transfered in to is called "LetterBody"

So my piece of code in VB is:

But when it puts the text into the Excel cell, where you have a link break, it has a square character code... I was wondering if anyone knew how to stop this from happening?

It doesn't happen on my version of Office 2003 but it happens on work's version of Office 2000...

    Many thanks

Any reason why you do not use Word for your letter?

    I'll give that a bash :-)

I am not too familiar with word and macros and what not.
I also have a database of offices with their addresses etc so depending on what office you click, depends on which address comes up.

Thanks. I'll let you know how it goes on Monday when I'm in
