Do you always want it on the worksheet, or do you just want to look it up?
File > Properties > Statistics tab > Modified date
The way to include it on the file is to use VBA (macro) to enter it.
Yes i always want to display the LAST TIME THE SHEET SAVED :
Placed in the workbook module, adjust sheet reference as required.
