How to copy to newly created sheet and save as PDF?

I have a spreadsheet that contains monthly agent sales data. I'm trying to find an automated way to copy each agents info to a new sheet, using the same headers and formatting, then print to Adobe Distiller to create a PDF using the agent name as the file name. Each agent could have any number of sales, each on a separate row, and I need to find a way to copy all that apply then move on to the next agent. Is this even possible?

When the PDF is created, will you ever over rite it? What I mean after it is saved do you want it to save as PDF = Blitz Scott 25.11.09 or just the name. When it is just the name, will it be replaced when you save an updated PDF?

The reports will be run every month. I would not want to over write the report from the month before and will need to add the date to the file name. Glad you caught that, thanks.

Can anyone help with this? I spend hours each month doing this manually and need to find an easier way.

    Thanks,

Re: How to copy to newly created sheet and save as PDF?

I figured out how to create a new sheet, copy the needed rows and name it the appropriate name. What I can't figure out how to do is copy the formatting over to each new sheet and have the copied data paste into the proper rows (it copies to the first row and I need it to start at row 6). Attached is my work in progress. Any suggestions?

BTW, thank you teylyn for the link. It will be very helpful.

    Thanks,
    Joanne

    Another update...

I now have the data copying correctly and with the proper formatting. I seem to be stuck on the print to pdf part. I can get it to print to pdf but can't figure out how to get it to name the file correctly and save in the preselected folder.

Here is what I have so far. Can someone point me in the right direction?
