Date off form textbox entering as US format not european

On the attcahed example i have a form which can be shown by clicking 'Add New Hedge' button on the summary page. On this form is a calendar icon next to the date textbox. If you click this another form with a calendar appears to choose the date.

If you select a date from the calendar, this enters into the date textbox correctly in the european format of "dd/mm/yyyy". However when you fill in the rest of the details on the form and click the enter button the date is entered into column A in two of the three other worksheets but this is entered in US format "mm/dd/yyyy".

How can i amend my code to keep this date in european format?

I have checked my regional and language settings in the control panel and that is set to English (United Kingdom), so there doesn't seem to be a problem there.

    Thanks,
    Adam.
