Macro for deleting rows

Hi,
Can anyone help please?

I want a macro that has an IF statement on each row that says if that row has a value then do nothing but if it does not have a value then delete row.
Basically I have a spreadsheet with a load of data inbetween rows that I don’t need but I want a way of getting rid of all the rows that I don’t need with manually data sorting it and deleting the rows at the bottom.
If that makes sense?
