Return value in a column based on conditions matching with different column

Hi, I am new to this forum, and would appreciate for providing me a help in correcting my code to save time in ruuning this code for the file, as it takes time more than 30 minutes for the entire coulmns from 5 to 100 (in the vba code) to get filled up for the installments pattern.

Attached file gives the entire view on this.

    Anticipatory thanks.

Thanks Dave to have a look on this. This particular code first check for any previous entry, (could be due to different installment amount by changing other parameters), and then fills up the columns with he next code which is below to this code.
