need hyperlink to go to individual folder on server

Im new to the whole programming even in excel so please bare with me.

I need to create a hyperlink that will go to a folder on a server depending upon the name of the cell.

Example:

\\server\folder\folder\(name listed in cell A2)

And it will be the same path just the end part will be the different cell. Ive figured out how to open \\server\folder\folder but just not the last part. Sorry if im not clear. I will be glad to try and clarify if anyone can help.
